To prepare the Ciabatta Burger with Mediterranean vegetables and rosemary potatoes, first pre-cook the potatoes with skin, then sauté them in a pan with olive oil with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with olive oil with the Mediterranean herbs, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the ciabatta in half and toast in a pan without oil until crispy.
To make the meatballs: The mixture must first be kneaded vigorously, after which 2 “patties” can be formed from the meat (they must not be too thick).However, the burgers can be larger in diameter than the buns, as they become smaller when fried.
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Sear the burgers on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
Top the ciabatta first with vegetables, arugula and then the meat buns. Arrange everything together nicely and serve the ciabatta with the rosemary potatoes.
