Mix all ingredients, season the amount. From the amount by hand form small burgers, turn in the pumpkin seeds to the other side and press them smooth. In a non-stick pan, toast the burgers over medium heat for four to five minutes on each side. Serve warm or possibly cooled.
Tip: Top with coarsely chopped arugula and garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme flowers, as available.
Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
