Cut the ham into cubes, add to the melted butter and roast lightly for a short time. Remove from the frying pan. Cut the slices of bread into quarters and toast them on both sides in the same frying pan until golden brown. Butter an ovenproof dish and fill with the bread slices. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the yolks with a fork and season with pepper. Whip the egg whites to a fluffy egg white. Fold into the egg yolks. Pour over the bread slices. Spread the ham cubes evenly on top. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 °C with bottom heat only. Sprinkle with parsley.
