For the burger with bacon and avocado, first put the mince in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Form four patties.

Cut the tomatoes and onion into slices and rings.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh and cut into equal cubes.

Season the avocado with KUNER mayonnaise, lime zest, juice and pepper and mix well.

Grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side or to taste. Then take them down and keep them warm. Then fry the bacon for 1 min on both sides until crispy. Slice the buns open and toast the cut sides until light.

Top the bottom half with the burgers, tomatoes and onions, then add the avocado mayonnaise, finish with the crispy bacon and place 2nd half on top of the burger with bacon and avocado.
