Sausage Salad with Wild Garlic Ciabatta

For the sausage salad with wild garlic ciabatta, first remove the skin from the yellow sausage and kielbasa, cut into slices with the frankfurters. Remove the skin from the onion, cut into rings. Clean cucumbers, radishes, halve, cut into slices. Clean young onion, cut into rolls and mix the whole together with the sausage in a baking dish.

Mix fruit vinegar, honey, squeezed cucumber water, mustard, olive oil and horseradish. Chop the chives and stir them in, season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the sausage salad, mix well and let it sit for about an hour.

Open romaine lettuce, rinse, drain and spread out a glass bowl with it. Cut the cheese into strips, mix with the sausage salad and arrange in the prepared bowl. Cut tomatoes into corners and garnish the salad with them.

Cut bread into slices, fry on both sides in hot frying pan with coarse salt and olive oil, arrange in basket and bring sausage salad with wild garlic ciabatta to table.
