A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Soak the bread in water, grate the cheese. Squeeze the bread mixture and mix with dill, eggs, Gouda (1), mint (1), sunflower seeds, salt and pepper to form a dough. Butter a loaf pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put half of the dough in it. Make a filling with garlic, juice of one lemon, salt, Parmesan cheese (2), mint (2) and dill (2). Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and fill with the parmesan-crumb mixture. Place both cucumber halves on top of each other and place on top of the dough. Spread the remaining dough on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan (1) and breadcrumbs and top with butter flakes. Bake at 180 degrees for one hour.
