Rub the veal roast with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Mix the egg and turn the roast in it to the other side. Then roll in the chopped nuts and press them well. Place in a greased glass baking dish and place it in the grease pan. Cook with the combination broiler level 1 (low) and 440 watts without cover in 25-30 min.

After half the cooking time, turn to the other side. At the end of the cooking time, rest the roast wrapped in aluminum foil for another 10-15 min.

For the walnut cream Whip the whipping cream and stir with the remaining ingredients. Serve the whipped cream separately with the meat.
