Lightly score the edges of the chops, pound chops. Season with pepper, cumin, salt. Peel and dice carrots, string beans and cut into 1 ½ cm pieces. Core carrots, beans, peas briefly in salted water, rinse in cold water. Rinse mushrooms and cut into quarters. Heat oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the chops on both sides. Remove chops following. Sauté onion in the frying pan in the drippings. Add bacon cubes and mushrooms and fry briefly. Cut garlic into slices and add with all other vegetables, extinguish with white wine. Put the chops on top of the vegetables and stew until the vegetables are al dente.

Serve the chops with slices of potato.
