Roast almonds in a coated pan until light yellow. Allow to cool. Melt the chocolate with the margarine in a water bath. Stir in the almond slivers evenly. Remove from the water bath. As soon as the mixture begins to set, quickly place mounds on parchment paper using two teaspoons. Chill.
