Instructions:

For the burgers, first beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and the baking powder until stiff. Mix the egg yolk with the cream cheese. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites.

Divide the dough in half and form a circle on each piece of baking paper. Bake at 150 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes and let cool.

Fold in the beef mince with the other egg and salt and pepper. Then form into a pattie and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.

The last two minutes put the cheese slice on top. Slice the zucchini and fry briefly on both sides.

Layer the individual ingredients, such as lettuce leaves, zucchini and the pattie, on the bun. Top with the second bun slice.
