For the Schwammerlgulyas, wipe the mushrooms well dry with a cloth and cut them into flakes. Heat the oil, lightly fry the diced onion, add the mushrooms little by little and fry them as well.
Add the paprika, garlic, cumin, pepper, salt and soup powder and pour in water. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, then fold in the sour cream.
Arrange the mushroom gulyas and serve.
