For the spread with pumpkin seeds cream butter with Philadelphia cheese and salt. Roast pumpkin seeds without fat, salt and chop into small pieces, preferably finely grind.
Finely chop the garlic and onion and add to the first mixture with the crushed pumpkin seeds and oil and mix. Season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and chives and garnish with whole pumpkin seeds.
Serve the spread with pumpkin seeds.
