A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Place the pasta in a large bowl. Pour enough boiling hot water over them. Set aside for 5 min. Drain and drain thoroughly and set aside for later.
Heat the sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a preheated wok or possibly a large skillet until very hot.
Add the onions, red chilies, and lime leaves to the wok form and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the cilantro, fine crystal sugar, fish sauce, and crab tails to the wok or skillet and sauté for another 2 min until the crab tails are pink.
Add the drained noodles to the wok form, toss well and fry for 1 to 2 min until hot.
Fill the noodles and crab tails into preheated serving bowls and bring to the table on the spot.
