Try this delicious cake recipe:

Make a sponge dough and bake it at 180 °C to 200 °C a. 15 min. Turn out the dough after baking and cool. Melt chocolate in a baking bowl in a water bath. Stir through the powdered sugar, light butter, rum and vanilla sugar. Fold in the melted chocolate. Place a large waffle on the baking sheet. Spread half of the cream on the waffle. Place the cooled cookie dough on the creme wafer. Spread the other half of the cream on the dough and place the second waffle on top. To help the batter and waffles hold together, weigh down the waffle cake a tiny bit. To serve, cut the cake into triangles or possibly rectangles.
