Try this delicious cake recipe:

(*) 20 cm ø cake springform pan.

Butter the cake pan well. Refrigerate.

Form the Guetzli in a plastic bag and crumble them finely with a rolling pin. Place in a large enough bowl. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well. Later, pour this mixture into the prepared mold and using the back of a spoon, form the bottom of the dough and a rim and press well. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Crumble the chocolate. Chop into small pieces with a large kitchen knife. Put it in a suitable bowl and let it slowly melt in a hot water bath. Whip the double cream cream cheese for 2 or 3 minutes until soft. Then add the sugar and vanilla essence and mix well repeatedly. Add one egg at a time. Finally, add the melted chocolate.

Pour the chocolate cream into the prepared pan. Bake the cake on the spot in the oven at 180 °C on the second rack from the bottom for about 50 minutes.

Cool, then put to cool for at least 3 hours.
