Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rub the pork ribs with roast pork seasoning and place in a roasting pan.
Spread caraway seeds, garlic and onion on it. Add fat with rind and pour some water.
Finally, add cubes of gravy and roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 2 hours.
After half of the roasting time turn the pork ribs over, close the roasting pan with a lid.
