Instructions:

For the chili bread, mix the flour with the yeast and add water and olive oil. Season with chili powder and chili flakes and season with salt. Knead thoroughly until a nice dough is formed.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1/2 hour. When the dough has risen, place it in a baking dish coated with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

After an hour, mix a few chili flakes in a little water to coat the bread and bake for another 10 minutes until crisp.
