First, boil the potatoes, including the skin, in salted water until soft. Strain, rinse and peel. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Warm the soup in the pot or in the microwave.

For the marinade, mix well the soup, chopped onions, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, caraway seeds and a tablespoon of mustard.

Slice the peeled potatoes, put them in a bowl and pour the marinade over them (add a little water if necessary).

Let the potato salad stand for a short time and serve.
