A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Form pasta raw in a gratin dish. For the sauce, drain the peppers. Put tomatoes in a saucepan and heat with garlic clove, peppers, salt, basil, pepper, oregano, sugar and grind. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pasta so that it is covered. Save the rest of the tomato sauce or freeze it. Dice the onion and the salami and sauté them in the same saucepan without adding any more fat !!!! and spread them evenly over the pasta.

Set the oven to 180 °C and pour in the pasta casserole.

Cut cheese into strips and after 35 min. on the casserole form. Keep the casserole in the oven until the cheese is well melted and golden.
