Place the cutlets on the bottom of a roasting pan or gratin dish. (For a larger number of cutlets, a little diagonally against each other) Sprinkle onion soup powder on top (make sure the cutlets are evenly covered with onions) and pour the whipped cream on top. Close the cooking pot and put it in the oven. Cook at 200 degrees (electric oven) for 1 hour.

For 10-20 cutlets you need 1 1/2 hours cooking time.

In addition fit: Potatoes or possibly croquettes and a mild vegetable or possibly leaf salad.
