Instructions:

Put the chestnuts cut crosswise on a tray in the heated stove on the middle shelf.

Roasting time: 10 min

electric stove: 200 °C

gas stove: level 4

Bring to the boil in a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes at a low temperature.

Grind the chestnuts. Mix with rum and almond kernels and cool in the fridge for 30 min.

Whip cooled whipped cream in a baking bowl until stiff. Stir half into chestnut puree. Fill remainder into piping bag.

Fill puree into four dessert bowls or four glasses. Serve on the spot garnished with cream puffs.
