For the chicken skewers in Christmas sauce, wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into evenly sized pieces. Wash the carrots and cut into thin slices. Remove the seeds from the peppers and dice them into evenly sized pieces. Cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces as well.

For the Christmas sauce, add the teriyaki sauce, maple syrup, cloves and the cinnamon stick to a small saucepan. Heat over low heat for a few minutes.Now add the chicken pieces, carrot slices, diced bell peppers and broccoli florets to the chicken skewers as desired.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the skewers on both sides for a few minutes until the chicken is no longer translucent. Serve the chicken skewers with the Christmas sauce and rice.
