For the coconut pudding, mix well part of the coconut milk with the sugar and starch.

Bring the rest to a boil and then pour in the stirred starch.

Bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Rinse molds in cold water and pour in the pudding.

Allow the coconut pudding to cool before serving.
