Cut the chicken into 3 cm cubes. Soak the wooden skewers in tap water.

Prepare garlic, onion, ginger, juice of one lemon and spices in a hand mixer to a paste. Add yogurt and salt.

Put the meat cubes on the skewers. Place skewers in a large gratin dish. Cover with herb mixture. Cover and marinate in ice chest for several hours or one night.

Grill chicken skewers or sizzle in a large, properly oiled frying pan until crisp and brown.

The chicken skewers can be marinated in the icebox for 1-2 days.

Sizzle only immediately before consumption.
