Preparation: Finely dice bacon and onions. Cut the dried plums into pieces. Mix everything with flour, minced meat, eggs, baking powder and milk. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread the meat dough on the greased (or with parchment paper lined) fat pan of the oven. Place in oven heated to 200 °C / 170 °C convection oven / gas mark 3 and bake for about one hour. Turn the oven up to the highest setting and bake for another five minutes.

Remove and cool completely or until lukewarm. Cut Cistercian bread into 16 pieces and arrange with watercress leaves. (Approximately 750 calories per unit).
