Divide the celery stalks into individual stalks (do not remove the leaves), rinse them properly and place them drained in a tall glass. Make a creamy dip with the juice of one lemon, mayo or créme fraiche and the nuts. Spread a bowl with lettuce leaves, pour the dip on top and offer with the celery sticks. At the table, everyone now dips a celery stick into the sauce.
