Try this delicious pasta dish:

Cut the onion into paper-thin slices and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add the diced ham. After a few minutes, deglaze with white wine and clear soup. Add peas and diced artichokes and season with pepper. Simmer on low heat for 10 min. Add pine nuts and tomatoes and simmer repeatedly for a few minutes at high temperature. Cook the cellentani al dente in enough salted water, drain well, mix with the sugo and season with pepper. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and bring to the table.
