For the cabbage Styrian style, dice the bacon, chop the onion and fry in oil with the sugar until light yellow.

Add the cabbage, salt and caraway seeds. Add a splash of vinegar and a little water and stew the cabbage until soft.

Whisk sour cream with flour and thicken the cabbage with it. Bring to the boil again.
