For the Topfenstollen, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix all ingredients together and knead well by hand to make a smooth dough.

Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour, form 4 stollen and bake them on a baking tray covered with baking paper for about 50-60 minutes and let them cool down.

Then brush with hot butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
