Roast the potato slices in a coated frying pan in a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides, then drain on kitchen paper and keep warm in the oven at 100 degrees. Fry the avocado slices and the cocktail tomatoes, then add the spinach and season with garlic, salt, pepper and dill.

Season the char pieces with the juice of one lemon, salt and coriander, roast them in olive oil on the skin side until they are almost cooked through, finally mix them carefully with the potatoes and the avocado mixture.
