Herring salad: Mix the pickled herring well with the sliced potatoes. Remove the peel from the apple, cut into small pieces and add to the salad. Leave to stand for about 1 hour, then bring to the table.
Swedish snacks: slice the bread into slices, spread each slice with Swedish spread and place the matie fillets on top. Stir caviar cream with the sour cream to a creamy sauce and pour over the fish rolls form. Garnish with olives and sprinkle with freshly chopped dill.
Stuffed eggs: Peel eggs, cut in half, remove egg yolks. Crush the egg yolks and mix well with the salmon cream. Put this amount into a piping bag and squeeze into the egg halves. Garnish with olives or caviar, sprinkle with chervil.
