Instructions:

Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Cut chicken into 4-6 pieces, peel and chop onions, chop garlic very finely. Blanch tomatoes, peel, seed and chop. Clean the carrots, cut them in half and chop them. Cut the melanzane (maybe also the pumpkin and the zucchini) into slices or pieces. Cut the white cabbage into eighths. Boil 1 liter of clear soup.

Heat oil in a roasting pan and fry the chicken pieces on all sides. Roast for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. Then add onions and fry as well. Add paradeis pulp. Braise.

Add tomatoes, black pepper, garlic and remaining vegetables. Deglaze with boiling clear soup and let it boil.

Add bay leaf, stock cube, savory, peppers, maybe cayenne pepper and salt and make.

Add the white cabbage in quarters and cook for about 25 minutes.

When the vegetables and the chicken are cooked, remove and keep warm.

Add the long grain rice, let it boil and cook for a few more minutes. Now reduce the temperature and cook the long grain rice until it has absorbed all the liquid.

Serve with chicken and vegetables.
