Cinnamon Stars

For the cinnamon stars, knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Let rest for 4 hours.

Roll out dough thinly, cut out stars and brush with beaten egg.

Bake the cinnamon stars at 175° C for about 10 minutes. Makes about 2 baking sheets of cookies.
