Instructions:

For the coffee casserole, make a light preserves with butter and flour. Pour in milk and coffee and stir until it is a smooth paste. Leave to cool.

Beat sugar with yolks until fluffy, mix with coffee mixture, beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes.
