Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cook the pasta until al dente. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs. Finely dice the mozzarella and the slices of ham. Melt 50 g of butter. Add 3-4 tablespoons of pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta and mix on the spot with the butter mixture and 75 g Parmesan cheese. Layer with mozzarella and ham in the mold. Mix the remaining breadcrumbs and the remaining Parmesan and sprinkle over the gratin. Melt the remaining butter and drizzle over the pasta.
Bake the pasta gratin in the oven heated to 200 °C on the second rack from the bottom for 20-25 min.
