Squeeze orange (1). Peel orange (2) and cut out the fillets between the separating skins.

Fry flesh in hot oil/butter fat. Fry peanuts briefly. Season and remove.

Form long grain rice in the frying fat, add orange juice with water to 1/2l (4 servings each), pour in. Add salt, let it boil. Swell over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Add chili pepper, orange pulp, bananas, juice of one lemon and meat-peanut mixture to long grain rice form, heat. Season to taste.
