First prepare the ingredients for the apple and onion stew. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Then wash and core the apples and cut them into cubes of about 1 cm.

Now take the meat out of the package and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil well in a pan and sauté the onion until it has become translucent.

Then add the chicken and fry until the meat has taken some color. Also add the apples to the pan and fry them. Now pour in about 120 ml of water and crumble in the bouillon cube.

Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes at not too high heat and stir in the crème fraîche towards the end of this cooking time. Let everything simmer until it has a creamy consistency.

Season the apple and onion stew with salt, pepper and cumin and season to taste.
