Instructions:

Slice the cucumbers into small pieces. Add iodized salt and leave in a bowl for about half an hour.

Squeeze out the cucumber juice.

Finely chop the coriander. Stir into the cucumber mixture. Add yogurt and honey. Season to taste with pepper.

Add a few cilantro leaves as garnish and serve.
