Instructions:

For pork chop with spicy apple-parsnip vegetables, first prepare the vegetables: To do this, peel, core and dice apples. Also peel the parsnips and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the shallots. Wash the chili and cut into fine rings. Crush garlic clove with the back of a knife. Grate the ginger.

Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté shallots and garlic for about 2 minutes, then add remaining vegetables and sauté well. Deglaze with soup and steam until soft, about 15-20 minutes.

In the meantime, season the chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chops on all sides. Then wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm.

Wash and pluck the parsley and mix it with the steamed vegetables. Season to taste with salt, pepper and honey.

Arrange pork chop with spicy apple-parsnip vegetables on plates and serve.
