For the brown bread, prepare a smooth dough from the first 3 ingredients listed and a little water with the dough hook of the food processor.

Let the dough rise overnight at room temperature. Now add the remaining water, salt and yeast (Germ). Knead again and let the dough rest for another 4 hours.

Put the dough into a floured loaf pan and let it rise for another 1 hour. Bake the bread in the oven at 200 °C for about one hour.
