For the breadcrumbs:



First prepare the breadcrumbs. To do this, prepare the flour and breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs with a little milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Clean the mushrooms if necessary (it is best to clean them with a pastry brush) and cut the largest mushrooms once or twice, depending on their size. In any case, the pieces should be about the same size.

Salt them a little and coat them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Lightly pat the mushrooms and fry in hot oil until golden brown (need about 5 – 8) minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serve the baked mushrooms with tartar sauce.
