Instructions:

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Defrost hake fillets and rinse briefly under cold running water, rub dry with kitchen paper, season with a little salt and pepper.

Spread ham on the surface, place fish on top and cover with tomatoes and some basil leaves, wrap ham.

Heat olive oil in a shallow frying pan and sear the parcels on both sides, add butter and leave in the stove for 10 min.

Served with a crisp salad and fresh baguette a delight.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
