Grind the meat and half of the ham. Fold in whipped cream and pepper, season with salt and nutmeg. Cut remaining ham into cubes and add. Fill quantity into a greased baking dish (1 1/2 1 capacity). To avoid cavities, place baking dish on soft surface a couple of times until hearty. Cook, uncovered, for 8 to 9 minutes at 600 watts, then 18 to 20 minutes at 450 watts until done.
Serving: Fried potatoes, Vogerlsalat.
Tip: It’s best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
