Heat 3-4 tbsp of fat in a frying pan, brown the onion lightly in it. Add peeled and chopped potatoes and spices. Cook for 8-10 minutes with the lid on. Sprinkle with garam masala. Soak toast briefly in water and squeeze again. The slice must be kept. Place the bread slice in the palm of your hand and put 2 to 3 tsp of potato filling on it. Form it all together like a dumpling and press it well. Fry in hot fat until golden brown.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
