For the cabbage with bacon, quarter the cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into fine strips.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and slice them.
Fry the bacon in butter, add the cabbage, salt and sauté a little.
Deglaze with whipping cream and add the potatoes and tomato pieces.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, potatoes and cabbage are cooked.
Season with salt, lemon and pepper and arrange the cabbage with bacon in a bowl.
