Instructions:

For the Three Colors Strudel, prepare the strudel dough. Press the cooked potatoes for both fillings, but separately, through a press or grate finely. Mix the ingredients for all three fillings separately in a bowl and season to taste.

Preheat the oven to 165-185°C and line a baking tray with baking paper or butter it. Pull out the prepared strudel dough. Now place two filling masses on it side by side in the form of two separate strands and place the third strand on top.

Carefully roll up into a strudel, close ends and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake in a hot oven for about 25-35 minutes. And the three colors strudel is ready.
