Grilled Mushrooms

For grilled mushrooms, first brush the tops of the cleaned mushrooms with a mixture of olive oil (not cold pressed), garlic and salt. Place the mushroom caps on the grill with the underside facing the stem and grill for two to four minutes maximum, depending on size. Then turn them over, drizzle them again with the oil mixture and cook them for a few more minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the grilled mushrooms with ground pepper and freshly chopped parsley and drizzle with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
