Baked Ham Fritters with Creamed Cucumber Salad From the Hot Air Fryer

Instructions:

Bring the pasta water to a boil, add salt and cook the Fleckerl according to package instructions until soft.

Strain and rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, finely dice onion and garlic, sauté in pasta pot with a little oil until translucent and add to pasta.

Cut the smoked meat into thin slices, then into approx. 1×1 cm cubes and also add to the pasta. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and caraway seeds, mix well and fill into the baking dish.

Break eggs into a bowl, mix with cream and milk and spread over the ham patties. Sprinkle with grated Gouda and bake in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 175 °C for about 25 minutes.

Slice the cucumbers thinly, salt them and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Then squeeze well and mix with sour cream, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic.
