Salsa Verde:

Tomatillos (for fresh tomatillos, peel and rinse, cook in boiling hot water for 10min) in the kitchen blender and whisk until everything is chopped together. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the oil, salt and sugar, and whisk everything together. Now let everything bubble together in the heated oil until the sauce has reduced and season with the sugar and salt.
