Mix the grated chocolate with the cocoa and hazelnuts. Add the softened butter and mix thoroughly for a few minutes.

While mixing, slowly add the rum. It is advisable to keep tasting – some want more and some want less rum.

Chill the rum mixture for about an hour.

After chilling, cut small portions with a teaspoon and roll into balls with your hands.

Roll the rum balls in chocolate sprinkles, sugar sprinkles, coconut, brittle, sugar, cocoa, according to taste and place in paper cups.
